We provide therapy and counseling that involves a trained therapist who listens, diagnoses and helps you find therapeutic ways to deal with psychological issues. We look deeper into the problem and recognize the root causes of the experiences, and make a treatment plan using different approaches of therapy. Each individual’s treatment plan is different and tailored according to the problem and the client’s response. We provide a variety of counseling and therapy formats, including Face-to-face (make an appointment in person), Individual or group (attend counseling by yourself or fine by attending with a group (known or unknown) having similar issues. We provide all the services both online and offline.
